About me

Strategic finance leader who pairs deep financial rigor with hands-on systems modernization. Most finance executives at this level can read the numbers; I can also build the tools that produce them: Oracle ERP, Domo BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL.

That combination has paid off in PE-backed transformation work (Lacerta), Fortune 100 divisional finance (World Fuel), and Fortune 500 divisional controllership (Global Partners). The through-line: faster closes, cleaner data, and analysis that helps CEOs and boards make actual decisions.

Project 1:
Domo BI Implementation & Self-Service Quoting App

Context:

Lacerta Group (PE-backed, S.K. Capital). Finance, planning, and sales ops lacked a unified reporting layer; CEO and CFO were triangulating across spreadsheets.

What I built:

Led the Domo BI rollout end-to-end — architecture, data model, CEO/CFO executive dashboards, and a self-service quoting app that cut typical quote turnaround to under 48 hours.

Outcome:

Real-time visibility for the executive team, faster quote responses to customers, and a BI foundation the sales and operations teams continue to build on.

Project 2:
Channel Mix & Pricing Strategy ($1B Segment)

Context:

World Fuel Services (Fortune 100). Owned finance for a $1B+ revenue segment spanning Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial channels with distinct pricing dynamics.

What I built:

A channel-mix and format-expansion framework that tied price, volume, and mix analysis to strategic pricing decisions — reviewed monthly with senior leadership.

Outcome:

Clearer revenue attribution across channels, informed format-expansion decisions, and a repeatable process for evaluating pricing changes against mix shifts.

Project 3:
Sales Budget & Forecast Automation (-40% Headcount Cost)

Context:

Global Partners LP (Fortune 500). Annual sales budgeting and quarterly forecasting relied on a large, manually-maintained spreadsheet process at the divisional level.

What I built:

Automated the data-prep layer of the budget and forecast workflow using Alteryx and Excel-based models driven directly from ERP extracts — removing the hand-stitched reconciliation step.

Outcome:

Roughly 40% headcount reduction in the recurring budget/forecast workload via automation, with faster cycle time and fewer version-control errors.

Project 4:
Oracle AFE Module Implementation

Context:

Global Partners LP. Capital expenditure approval and tracking needed a formal system of record tied to the ERP — replacing a patchwork of memos, spreadsheets, and email chains.

What I built:

Led the full deployment of the Oracle AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) module — requirements, configuration, data migration, rollout, and training for stakeholders across finance and operations.

Outcome:

Traceable capex approval workflow across 30+ operating sites, tied directly to the ERP. Contributed to the same review discipline that surfaced a $740k tax recapture opportunity.
